Which SaniSure Dairy Towel is right for me?

March 9, 2018 by sanisure Leave a Comment

We offer three primary options for our cloth dairy towels that are able to suit the needs of a wide range of customers.  Sani-Sure’s three offerings are our Recycled towels, our Grade A towels, and our Premium Grade towels.

Recycled Towels are our most economical option.  These dairy towels are a mix of styles and weights.  They have been reclaimed, and recycled, from hospitals, hotels, etc. that use their towels a few times and then dispose of them for brand new towels.  These have all been washed and sanitized, so they are ready to use right away.  An added benefit is the environmental impact you can make by using these recycled towels.

Our Grade A line of towels are custom made for Sani-Sure.  They have been manufactured to our specifications to satisfy all customers.  The weight, style, and blend content is always consistent.  They are a blend of 85% cotton and 15% polyester and are 12″x12″ in size.  These towels have been compressed to reduce shipping costs.  A wash will open the towel up, showing its full size and consistency.  Sani-Sure’s Grade A towels require one washing before use.

Sani-Sure’s Premium Grade Cloth Dairy Towels are simply larger and thicker than our Grade A dairy towels.  These towels are 13″x13″ allowing them to stay big after many washes for larger hands (and udders!).  The Premium Grade dairy towels also have an added weft of double twisted thread for superior absorbency.  These towels are perfect for the customer who wants the best quality towel available.

Why Choose Cloth Dairy Towels?

March 9, 2018 by sanisure Leave a Comment

We use a proprietary blend of cotton and polyester for our Turkish terry cloth dairy towels.  The towels are primarily cotton for three reasons.

First, cotton fibers get stronger when they are wet.  This allows SaniSure’s cloth dairy towels to be washed in hot water with bleach and detergent without harm to the towel.

Second, the looped pile construction gives our dairy towels added durability to withstand the rubbing, pulling, and tugging they incur with regular use.

The third reason is the superior absorption qualities of natural cotton.  Our cloth dairy towels can absorb up to 27 times their own weight in water.

Finally, we complemented the cotton construction with polyester.  Polyester is resilient, chemical resistant, and resists shrinking and stretching.

These advantages add up to a dairy towel that is tough and durable during use, absorbent enough to dry the udder completely, and strong enough to withstand the rigorous cleaning procedures required to have a clean, sanitized towel.
